Federal Court Orders California to Stop Putting Disabled Prisoners in Administrative Segregation Due to Lack of Accessible Housing

A federal court has prohibited the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) from placing disabled prisoners in administrative segregation instead of in accessible cells or beds.
