We are not able to represent anyone in an individual lawsuit for damages. 

If you or an incarcerated loved one is in need of assistance, please fill out the intake form on this page. Be sure to include the person’s name, prison/jail identification number, location, and a description of the issue. Because of the number of inquiries we receive, we might not respond to you personally at all, or for several weeks. But please know your inquiry will be reviewed and we will determine what steps, if any, we can take to respond to the concerns you raised. That may include sending information to the person who is incarcerated if we have something we think might help. The best way for us to respond to concerns is for us to hear directly from the person who is incarcerated, so please encourage that person to write to us at General Delivery, San Quentin, CA 94964.
