Frannie joined the Prison Law Office in 2026. Before joining PLO, Frannie worked at a small immigration firm in Oakland, California, supporting immigrants with family-based and humanitarian-based applications. During college, Frannie volunteered with Casa de Paz, visiting immigrants at an immigration detention center, and interned with the Colorado Immigrant Justice Fund, which raises legal funds for immigrants who are currently or were recently detained across the country. Frannie earned a B.A. cum laude in Journalism, with minors in Spanish and Sociology, from the University of Denver and is from the Bay Area.
