George joined the Prison Law Office as a staff attorney in 2025. George previously was a fellow with the Supreme Court and Appellate Program at the MacArthur Justice Center. There, George litigated civil rights cases across the country with a focus on challenging the application of qualified immunity. George graduated from Harvard Law School in 2021. During law school, George participated in the Prison Legal Assistance Project and interned with the San Diego Public Defender and the MacArthur Justice Center. After law school, George clerked for Judge Anne E. Thompson on the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, Judge Jacqueline Scott Corley on the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, and Judge Lucy H. Koh on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He was admitted to the California Bar in 2022.
